Yep my wonderful neighbours insist on blocking my gate.Despite putting a sign up, it continues.Wonder if anyone has any tips on how to stop this-peacefully!

Unofficial signs have no legal status.
But it's against the Highway Code (217 - 'Do not park in front of an entrance to a property'.
Your neighbour could be commiting an offence under the Road Traffic Act if they are 'preventing access to the highway by causing an obstruction'. If a chat with your neighbour doesn't resolve the issue, a chat by the police might!
