In Florida can an Attorney write or prepare a mortgage instrument or does it have to be written by a finance specialist?

All mortgages here in the U.S. are a series of forms. They have been, obviously, approved by an attorney, but one is not neccessarily present during the pre-signing or signing that accomplishes the final purchase. You can be represented by an attorney if you feel the need, but most home buyers don't...
