Willw Tree I have the answer to your question. You need to use a moisturiser. Start now to build up the moisture in your skin. When the hot weather comes and you want to wear skirts you just apply moisturiser in the morning and you won't get a rash or the burning sentation of your thighs rubbing together. I always carry a small tube of moisturiser in my bag so I can pop to the loo and top up during the day if I need to. It soaks into your skin and makes your skin nice and soft. I usually use a moisturiser with a nice smell too but that's just my own preference.
Someone once told me instead of using moisturiser she applied Vaseline to the area but I like moisturising better
