The only thing I can think of to make something similar to a Big Mac is to add Thousand Island Salad Dressing to one.

As far as I am aware, MacDonalds have their own suppliers/distributors that will ONLY supply to MacD stores and no others. Maybe secret recipe, like KFC Chicken as that isn't seen anywhere else other than KFC outlets.
