Why does my cat always attack my fingers when I'm typing? And, why does she attack me from no where when I come home (i.e. she'll hide underneathe the couch and jump at me.) Why, does she attack peoples feet. Shes a good cat and all its just when she gets into "hyper play" mode she starts to hurt.

All very typical cat behaviour. This is the way she will expend all her excess energy. If she's an indoor cat, she will not be able to get rid of her hunting and pouncing instincts outside and will play hunting and chasing games with you instead. Yes, they do get carried away and it can hurt, but this is just being a very healthy, normal cat.
Maybe you should rename her Kato?
