Britons not getting enough sleep
9 Answers
Stress and long-working hours means Britons are suffering from too many sleepless nights. A tiny 3 per cent of workers got their eight hours sleep a night, and one in ten people admitted to taking a day off work after a sleepless night. Workers also claimed their productivity at work was affected after a sleepless night. The key to solving the problem is find what causes the stress that keeps people awake and to then deal with this issue. What do you think? Do you suffer from sleepless nights due to work related problems? Or do people just need to find out how to relax?

Different people need different amounts of sleep in order to function, so if anyone is being less productive because they are sleeping less then they are being incompetent at their job. Perhaps they should sacrifice some of the 8 hours play time.
