yes its not time for my period yet its still about a week away but i have been really sick and my breast are really sore and i have also been having to go to the restroom alot so can this be a sign of pregnancy?

Yes, these could be signs of pregnancy. Some women can experience these symptoms as early as a few days after conception. If you are going to test it is still better to wait until the day your period is due,testing earlier can give a false negative because your hormone levels can be too low to detect.
