Exhausted and achey....
7 Answers
Hi, I've felt like this for around a month. No matter how much sleep I do get (or how little I do) makes no difference. It's like I'm dragging my feet and weigh twice as much. Not like me at all.
Spoke to my Dr who prescribed vitamins???!!! and hinted at me being an alcoholic or depressed of which I'm neither. Also going for blood tests after Easter.
Just wondered if anyone out there has had the same or similar and has any advice.
This is really starting to get me down.
I work 24/7 shifts (hence the time!) but i've been doing this for years so know it's not related.
Many thanks for taking the time to read this.

The reason for me was that I had been getting up very early to take the dogs for an hours run before work and not going to bed early enough. In the end I changed our exercise routine and had longer in bed in the mornings and I went back to normal. Hope you get sorted. P.S. if you don't get any joy from NHS try a chinese herbalist.
