Is anyone bored enough to help me complete a quiz identifying cartoon characters? I've posted it in quizzes and puzzles but am not getting any help.

They are all 80's and 90's cartoons I think and I have most, just need the last ones

Got 57 hippyhoppy - its Snagglepuss. I thought it was from Top Cat at first too

my son believes that 91 could be a character from ulysses 31.

91 - Jayce
97 - Mandrake

Mushroom25 - someone else gave me 91, its Jayce from Jayce and the wheeled warriors! I don't remember that cartoon
