im trying to download the new version of O E 7 but when the download is complet i get a message saying
"smart bridge alerts: mot`vesb.exe-entry point not found.the procedure entrypoint.get processimagefilename could nt be located in the dynmic link libary psap/ .dil. please HELP .

do you have bt broadband ? my sis in law does and she had a smart bridge error message.

If you want to get rid of the message try this-
Click on Start>Run>type in MSCONFIG>ok.
This takes you to the System Config Utility window.
Click on Start Up tab,scroll down options and uncheck Motive SB.
Click ok then restart your PC.
