Has anyone else noticed the increasing over-use of the above phrase? It seems particularly popular when a situation is less than good. Is it the most annoying current phrase, or is it just me...?

Whatever happened to "twelfth" or "sixteenth"? But by far the worst, I'm afraid, is "24/7." Apologies to anyone who uses that expression, but NOTHING makes me more mad, more quickly these days. (And I have children, who are really good at doing just that - they don't even come close in comparison!)
