Kublican or Kublikan or Cublican

What is Kublican ?? Is it real? and what are the Kublikae??? I have heard of this name for at least 30yrs here and there and never giving it any thought because I always figured (hate using the word assumed) it/they were on earth! I can't find it in any dictionary on PC and can't find my paperback dictionary ((REMEMBER THOSE)) I miss them no links to look up to get to nothing (smile) . yeah, Kublican and Kublicae Origin and meaning . Led by Captain Gatenzone, Kublican was a robot sent after Black RX. He could attack with his laser cannon arm and shoot a red beam from the red part of his head. When Black RX severed Kublican's head with his RX Kick, Kublican grew a new head with a four-way cannon which attacked RX. While Black RX was riding on Acrobattler, however, Kublican was destroyed by RX's Ribolcane.
