Mushrooms
lots of shallots sliced and little garlic.
parsley chopped
coarse black pepper
cut up bacon in small piece pref french bacon.

fried your bacon slowly until nearly crispy
add shallots , after they have gone golden brown, add mushrooms pepper no salt as you get it from bacon.
serve around meat add your parsley lods.
