To save the video, go here:
Paste the URL into the address bar on that page.
Click 'Download'
Then click 'Download link'
You'll be given the chance to determine where you want to save the file. (Choose a suitable folder or just put it on your desktop). The default file name is Get_Video. Change this to something more useful and (important) add the flv file extension. (e.g. call the file Impulse.flv).
To view the file on your PC, you'll need a media player which recognizes Flash files. VLC is excellent:
