outlook express query

i have just blocked a sender in my email by mistake. can anyone tell me how to unblock it? i know that it will just send the messages to the deleted folder but im worried i will miss them

Tools > Message Rules > Block Senders List.
Click on name.
Click 'Remove'
Click 'OK'
