Anyone else notice that the elderly couple at the beginning were dressed like the painting American Gothic ?

Also, even without the voice the cat man still looked like Ardal O'Hanlon I thought.

Yes jessiedog - I spotted the couple looked like the famous painting. I've no idea why though.

I thought the use of normal kittens for cat/human offspring was a bit Ugh !

Yes, not very nice using kittens - it makes the mind boggle with the implications really.

IMHO kittens are much cuter than babies, so it was fine by me!

I thought "American Gothic", too.
