my laptop screen has turned upside down!

was playing away and then the thing goes green and i cant see the game no more, out i come form the game and bang - it looks like its in safe mode (which has been fixed) and the screen is now upside down and a little narrower than it should be.
what should i do?

If you look at the settings for your display card, there's normally a "rotation" option. (Also possibly on your monitor). You can normally alter screen width by using the buttons on your monitor.

Just noticed the "laptop" in the question - there's probably also some way of altering screen width in the display settings. If you have a widescreen lappy, the resolution may be currently one of the non-widescreen ones.
