My friend's phone works fine, but when she gets or makes a call, the person on the other end of the line can't hear her. I know someone else who had the same trouble, but he fixed it. Unfortunately, I can't contact him. Can anyone tell me how to repair it, please?

I had the same problem with the same phone some time ago and sent it back for repair (under warranty). When it came back the technicians report said the microphone had become dislodged - in my case probably because I don't look after them properly. It would need to be dismantled by someone who knows more about mobile phones than I do.
