chest expander... build up pecs?

i want to build up some good looking pecs... do the chest expanders help me achieve this? thanks

Simple press ups are probably the best.

get yourself a bullworker. much better, you can execise and strengthen your whole body and see the difference on the built in gauge. you can probably get a second hand one on e-bay for �20.

press ups, are great, and sit ups for the lower bit, cheaper and you can do them anywhere

Chest expanders can help to develop your pecs by using the chest expanders behind your back. If you hold the chest expanders in front of your chest, you exercise the muscles in your back and side.
I agree with the other postings - a Bullworker is better and press-ups are cheaper and better.
