2 Answers
This salad consists of equal quantities of cooked, diced potatoes and carrots mixed with half the amount of cooked peas and sliced green beans. The vegetables are tossed with mayonnaise and placed on lettuce-lined plates. Traditional garnishes include sliced hard-bolied egg, sliced gherkins and sliced beetroot.
