leaving party????

Ive just finished my couse in Nottingham, and from next friday leave my current work place, to move up the ladder.
Everyone at work is asking me what to do as a leaving party, there are a few older people in my work place whom i get on with but dont think would wanna go clubbing, were going out in London.
Any ideas???
Most of us are young, youngest being 21, looking forward to doing something but cant decide what.....
Plus my lovely other half as already booked a romantic meal next sat in a lovely place near our house, so cant be too "hungover" lol!!!
I,m also in London in march for my birthday so any ideas would go down great

I beleive that Madame Tussauds is quite nice, though a little pricey to get in.. There are some lovely pigeons which you could feed in Trafalger Square, for I believe, just tuppence a bag.
