I have a virus in the following file:- explorer.exe How do I remove it if it is a file I require on my PC?

On Windows 9x: Click Start>Run, type System.ini then hit the Enter key. Under the [boot] section of the file, look for this entry: shell=Explorer.exe msys32.exe 'dontrunold Remove the reference to the worm so that the entry appeares as follows: shell=Explorer.exe Save the changes and close the window. Restart your computer.
