Does anyone knowwhat this music and what film I have heard it in before? Its really bugging me as its on the tip of my tongue!

It is the Sull'aria duet ("Duettino - Sull'aria") from the Mozart opera The Marriage of Figaro.

You have most likely heard it on the film The Shawshank Redemption in the scene where Andy Dufresne locks himself in the office and broadcasts a record to the whole prison over the PA.
