If it's a simple swap, 10 mins. Unless they've forgotten to bring an essential part, and have to go and get it!
Two hrs for them to find you then half an hour for a tea break, 15mins chating on there mobile, 10 mins stood out side having a smoke, another 20 mins looking for tools + equipment and then another smoke and tea break then 10 mins hurrying to get the job done as its knocking off time but they should have it done in the day even BG can manage that i am sure !!! Ok optamistic I know but they will return the next morning to finish the Job. HaHa. Can you guess how much I like my Ex Employer LOL.

Serious though literaly 2 mins to change the meter and another 10 mins inspecting and testing for safety issuse. Hopefully they do not find any faults as they will just shut you off and leave.. You then need the likes of me to sort out the problem as BG will not do it.
