Burnt Flooring
I have burnt the my pine floor eccck, i have sanded the burnt part out and was hoping there would be something i could fill it in with and not look to obvious. its a rental so....

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.When you say pine floor, do you mean the traditional 3/4" thick t&g floor boards, or are you reffering to a pine effect laminate? If they are propper boards, as joiner I would carefully cut the damaged section of the wood out , splice & glue a new piece in, and then carefully sand it down with a sanding block and finally rub some matching stain into it with a cloth. In some curcumstances it would be neccessary to sand and re-finish the whole floor.
