I've just discovered Balvenie 14yo and it's amazing stuff.
Mortlach 16yo and Aberlour A-Bunadh are another two of my current drams, both well worth a go.
Oh, and Macallan 15yo Fine Oak is also a beautiful malt and I'm nto generally a great fan Macallan.
I drink all of these neat and at room temperature or in a warmed glass.
