i have this thing on my face! aghh

i have like a big lump under the skin around my mouth area, only recently came out its like the sixe of a pea, you cant see it to look at the areas just a bit red, it hurts to touch, im worried it might be a boil or somehting, if it is a spot id rather get it to come out now in order to squeeze it and sort it out, any ideas on how to get rid of it, and if it is a spot waiting to come out under the skin how can i get rid of it before it does come out, or get it to come out in order to get rid of it?

Sounds like a boil to me, whatever you do don't try and squeeze it. Try a hot poltice - a piece of cotton wool soaked in some hot water ( only hot enough that you can bear, don't scald yourself) place this on the offending area and leave, repeat when necessary, should reduce the swelling. It works for me when I get them.

if it is a boil there is a think you go with a glass bottle...something about filling it with hot water and then putting the open bit at the top over the boil and it draws it out....you may take the water out first....not much help am i - maybe someone else will know what mean and tell you exactly how to do it!!

What nannon has said sounds like that 'cupping' some of the stars had (Gwyenth Paltrow for example) this may work but may leave a 'love bite' effect afterwards, try explaining that one!!!

Oops sorry meant to explain, when the bottle has hot water in it the air and the glass heat up, once emptied of water and placed over offending area the air cools down creating a vacuum which in turn will draw the boil. I think!!!
