what fines does each level mean? level goes to which crime? level 1 fine is �200 what crime would of been committed in order to pay this fine? and same with level 2- �500, level 3-�1000, level 4-�2,500,level 5-�5,000?

It does not depend on the crime it will depend on how much damage or injury was caused due to a persons criminal activities.

example - criminal damage of a phonebox would carry a lot less of a fine than wrecking someones house.
