i would like to know a name of a movie about a cartoon movie thats pretty old dont know how old but not new and in the begining of the movie its about well i dont think they are brother and sister but i think neighbors or i might get that wrong and they both have blonde...(white) hair in the begining they are planting a flower and during the middle the boy hangs out with i think whats called a snow queen or sumthing and the little girl goes out of her way to find the little boy...please if anyone knows wat im talkin bout or has any clues send me an email [email protected]
