Well it's about 40 miles and the speed limit is 4mph. There are also numerous locks at which you have to stop.
Evesham lock is padlocked overnight so once you are there you'd have to wait.

I'd guess you could do the journey in 2 long days, but it's only a guess.

In a barge you'd get no further than Stratford - in a narrow beam boat you could continue on the canal towards Birmingham.
On a narrow boat I have cruised from Stratford to Tewkesbury in just over 2 days without rushing.

Not sure why you would want to attempt it non-stop. As dzug says some locks are closed at night and nighttime cruising is not easy and most hire companies do not allow it.

Any more info?
You'd get from Stratford to Tewkesbury quicker than the other way round as from Tewkesbury to Stratford you are going against the flow of the river. If you went from Stratford to Tewkesbury you would be travelling downstream and would therefore be allowed to travel at 6mph. Many of the locks do close for the night though so I doubt you'd be able to travel for 48 hours non stop. Also you'd have to check your insurance to see if you were covered for night time cruising, which is quite often frowned on.
