Not wishing to scare you, but have you had a diabetes check recently? Boils can, and I only stress can, be a sign of it.

Get some Hibiscrub. Use it like shower gel in that area, but be careful not to get it in your japs eye. Also wash your hands throughly afterwards. This will kill any bacteria in the area.
antibacterial soap and exfoliation. Are you very hairy there? its the root of the hair getting infected. Heat treatment can help speed up the life cycle of a boil when you have one, so get a hot hot flaneel and press it against that area. Occasionally they may need a course of antibiotics.
getting balls between the legs is quite normal and all part of the post pubescent period applicable to young males.
Oh Old Fashioned you crack me up every time! Honestly ,its like watching the benny hill show reading your answers.
Whatever you do, do not be tempted to empty boils yourself, let them mature and they will burst or your DR will lance them, do not do this!!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuyT_74EiWo

What Joe said is quite right. You should get tested for diabetes as boils in the crotch area can be a symptom. You can actually have diabetes for a very long time without knowing it.

I have a relative with diabetes who has the same problem and gets boils in that area quite a lot. I myself am diabetic and I dread this ever happening to me.

Best to be tested and find out you aren't diabetic than to do nothing if you are. While you are at the doc's you can get him/her to check out the boils. They will be able to tell you if they are caused by infected hair follicles as Goodsoulette suggested (probably the most common cause of boils) or if there is some other cause. They will also be able to lance them for you properly and/or prescribe antibiotics.

Please don't squeeze them or try to get rid of them yourself. If you burst the sac underneath the skin, which is easily done, the pus can enter your blood stream. It is also awkward and extremely painful to do it yourself. They will, of course, rupture of their own accord if left, but there's no brownie points for suffering the pain and discomfort in the meantime.

Whichever way you look at it though, your best option is to see your doctor about the boils lancing them is the quickest, easiest and least painful way of dealing with them.

I truly wish you better soon.

Yes Joe, that's the one!!! I think the link is working OK but you have to register with utube to view it as it is considered somewhat unsavoury!!

My cousin got one on hid bum just before he was diagnosed with diabetes, it was called a pilonidal sinus. When they cut that out, they leave a great bit hole there that has to be packed every day.... urghhh!
