Bashing smokers......

Is it becomming a national sport? Or even an international one!

I'm a non smoker myself but I can't help feeling a little sympathy for the relentless bashing that is occurring. Are they now one of the few groups it's still ok to persecute?

did anyone hear about a doctor/psychologist who said kids under 3 years of age should be BANNED from watching TV ??

Legend, you post utter rubbish.

The ban in Scotland has been in place for just under 13 months. Overall takings in pubs are down by 11%. Wetherspoon's pubs are not typical. Their takings have been increasing year on year due to their ruthless promotion of alcohol. They were, generally, not smoker friendly with small smoking areas in large buildings.

I really can't see why there could not have been a general smoking ban but with individual establishments allowed to opt out. Non-smokers would have their pubs and smokers would have theirs. What's the problem with that?
