personel injury
our nabour put speed bumps in his own drive and we have right of way exesse over it! ther was no leteer, no warning, there are no sighns even now and at night they are not lit. at night i was wlking home, tripped and fell. now i have jard my back and neck and am in some pain. can i sue them?please some one help.

these are smooth, wide and long and only about 6" high - how did you trip? were you drunk?
i expect you should have been looking where you were going... as we all have to do when negotiating those tricky pavements and roads... would you expect compo if you tripped over a kerb?
they didn't just appear at night so must have been there for at least most of the day, with workmen working on them.
it is his land and for him to have installed speed bumps must be because he feels you ride accross his land too fast - he wouldn't install them for himself would he...?
you seem obsessed with sueing this neighbour of yours - there are numerous questions from you asking how you can get money off this person.

I take it this was not the first time you had encountered the speed bumps e.g. you had seen them before and negotiated them - this shows you were aware of them and that they are not in themselves hazardous ... i think this will rule out any possibility of you suing the owner. the world is full of small steps, curbs and bumps these do not all count as hazards - it is just life i'm afraid
