can anyone tell me what song i am thinking about

the song is a sort of dance type song and the person singing sounds sort of jamican. in the song words are repeated that sounds kind of like "move up, move up, move up, move up" or it could be "whats up whats up whats up whats up" or "get up get up get up get up" "get
down get down get down get down". it is a new song
