there were two cities.......athens and sparta.....
athens: democratic society.........and everyone could voice his opnion......Aristotle was one of their poets...and in one of his speeches he said that it was the democratic society that he lived in that allowed him to talk as he please....and it was that same society that could do nothing to him since he was allowed....
Sparta: closed society..regimental no time for individual thinking......authoritarian dictatorship (kinda of the communism as we know it today)
