inserting a smilie

I have asked this before , but think i must be thick !!!
How do i transfer a smilie (a moving one more specificly) from one one website forum to another ?

It can be done cos other users manage to have these moving smilies at the end of their thread.

If i right click on the smilie , where do i go from there ??
