Pork and Stilton, Pork and Apple, Sausages

Does anyone have a good recipe to make pork and apple, and pork and stilton sausages? Most of the web sites I have visited have generic sausage recipes and are not specific about how much stilton, or how much apple to add to the mix. Thanks in advance

When cooked, taste it and add more if you think it's needed. Keep cooking and tasting until you're happy and make a note of how much you've added so next time you should be able to make them without any trouble. You may also need to change quantities of other ingredients to keep the texture right. Good luck!
