How do I transfer a property from joint names tenants in common to my sole name following the death of my wife

Telephone them for advice - I am sure you will be able to do this yourself.

Land transfers, as fhe forms say, are designed to create rights and duties and I would not dream of trying to convey something myself
A licensed conveyancer [whom Ihave always found ot be top-notch] can do this for you for a fee of course.....
BUT why do you want to transfer title?
If you want to sell, then it can all be done at once - when we sold my late mother's house, we found title was still in my late father's name, 1962 and no-one turned a hair.
