Cheapest insurance

Hi, can anyone tell me the cheapest car insurance for an 18 year old girl driver (family member). When she passes her test she will want to get the cheapest but doesn't know where. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I used admiral and then elephant when i passed mine, found them quite reasonable.

I used Diamond (women only) for years until i had to get commercial insurance which they don't do and they were brilliant. I had to make 2 non-fault claims and had 2 separate trips to the bodyshop. Stress free both times & courtesy car delivered to wherever you like. You don't know what you're getting for your money really until you make a claim & Diamond were by far the cheapest for me at the time.
