I want to make rare sliced beef and horseradish sandwiches. What cut of beef should I be looking for?

i would go for rib........or even sirlion, although its a little pricey......

I would love to keep it quite cheap, do you think finely sliced brisket would be worth eating.

It is only for my lunches in work.
yes.....do it slowly.....i dont know about rare tho, i always cook brisket in a slow cooker
