Grizelda and the Rain Fairies...

I also want to know if anyone out there knows of the collection of stories from the 1940s or 50s which included Grizelda and the rain fairies. It was a charming book of stories and the frontspiece was an illustration of lots of fairies in red wellington boots and green hats sliding down a window. I would love to read the stories again. If anyone knows where I could see a copy please let me know...

Hi there! It's me Fleuretty.
Like you I looked for it straight away but no luck.
I have already tried Googling it with absolutely no luck - tried breaking up the title etc but nothing.
I tried all that before posting it on AB.
Shame really cos when I saw that reply I got really excited.
Back to crossing fingers again then!
