I suspect this is really simple, but it is baffling me.

I have window XP and this problem has arisen when entering information onto Selling on eBay. When I come to enter the "Description", the screen has lately got wider, so if I enter something which takes up most of the width, it looks OK until it is entered on the eBay site. Then, because it is too wide, it is re-alligned over two lines which makes it look a mess.

Hope this is explained properly, it may well affect other work but it is the eBay description which I need to get right.

You can use a html editor such as macromedia dreamweaver to create your description in a table, change the properties of the table so that the lines are transparent, copy and paste and you have your desired layout albeit with a little extra work.
