It's a new unit I'm afraid, but not the complete window only the glass. Search around and you will find plenty of people who will change the unit "glass".
The big companies will tell you a whole new window is needed. Not so.

If you are in North London I can give you a contact of a very competent person who can do the job.
And if you are in the West Midlands I can recommend an excellent small company.

thanks, i'm in boston , lincs. got a phone quote for new glass unit, 65. thats for a patio door.(6ft by 2.6" ) the one thats in there actually fills with water to about a foot from the bottom. haven't figured out how that happens yet but obviously a major problem.
regards, alf.
Sounds like an external seal has gone. If so a new unit will cure it.

65 is a very good price.

If they are a reputable tradesperson take it quick.
That's a very good quote. I have had both of my patio windows done and was told by the tradesman that the method of manukacturing the glazed units has changed to avoid the breaks in the seal, so the problem shouldn't reappear.
