What is with GMTV at 7.00am when the presenters take over from John Stapleton?

We get that day's presenters telling us 3 headlines, then it jumps to the 3 reporters around the UK who tell us the same headlines and then the news comes on with the same information!

Can't work out why

they have to justify there much inflated pay packets, by dragging out half an hours work to last a few hours!! (IMHO) x

Perhaps they are trying to fill the time that used to be taken up with repetitive information relating to dodgy phone in competitions?
