I personally find them very embarrassing to watch - anyone else find them blushing ? I know its a fact of life but what the ? Why advertise them when your having your tea ? Also those panty liner ads get me all shy too, why ????? Whne I have a man in my house (brother, friend whatever) and an ad for women's sanitary wear is displayed I have to turn it over !

Good point, my urine has never been blue, well, apparently us ladies are very alien, why trust something that bleeds for 5 days and doesn die ? Huh - Explain that - us ladies are remarkable creatures!!

I spend quite a lot of time in the States and its even worse, we have 'if you have an erection lasting more than an hour contact your doctor' in the erectile disfunction ads, bladder control problems 'which everyone can notice' etc. etc.

Why do they demonstrate how absorbant they are by pouring water on them?
We know how they work, it's not as if they get a piece of toilet paper and scrape up some mud to show us how good it gets rid of poo is it?

Ha ha, ratter if it was just blood then I would have said so, just wait until you have your first period and then let me know! Not just blood, the lining of the womb/uterus can be expelled as well and this is not just blood, something a lot more disturbing!
