Have an Indian, but opt for something different. Whilst I do not enjoy super-spicey food I have a lamb bhuna but with a 1/4 madras.
The chefs do not mind adding it to the bhuna and it gives it just the right amount of kick without burning your mouth or bottom.
Have with plain pilau rice, a pershawi nan bread and some spinach sag aloo.
Bottle or red and enjoy.
