I have eaten two egg mayo rolls, a bag of Maltesers, a Bounty, an apple and some pineapple. I'll be like this for the rest of the day now, and now I am going to have to go to the gym which I am not happy about :-(
yeah i'm havin a pig out today, had a sausage and egg sandwich for brekkie, a banana, some pretzels, chocolate and about to go and get a salad for lunch and i think i might get some breadsticks and hummus so i can dip all afternoon!
What I also find weird is that when I am at work by 8.00am my tummy is shouting "breckie" and by 12.30 its shouting "lunch" but when its the weekend I can reach mid afternoon and happily have not eaten anything or even thought about it
I think it's something to do with my monthly cycle as to whether I feel really hungry or not. I tend to have a few days every month where I could eat a three course meal for dinner and then again for tea no problem. Then a couple of weeks later I don't feel that hungry at all and don't eat very much.
Strange i get that feeling too ruthie! I start at 7am and by 7.30 im starving but on a weekend, i sometimes go til 2pm without eating a thing?! I often have days like this, oh, i fancy a bit of cheese, and a biscuit, now a bag of crisps...the list goes on!
I'm pleased there are others! I can quite happily go without a proper meal but I love grazing throughout the day and evenings are by far the worst. I've tried having a good breakfast but I don't like eating early in the morning, I just feel ill afterwards. I do try to snack on fruit and raw veg but it doesn't have the same appeal as a bag off crisps or a doughnut!
