Earth off its Axis

I didnt know where to put this Question so I placed it here:
If it were possible for all the organisms to jump simultaneously at the north pole would the Earth move off its axis?

If they all jumped at the North Pole, that would have no effect on the orientation of the axis, since the force produced by their jumping would be parallel to the axis.
Even if they jumped in a direction perpendicular to the axis, the combined mass of all the organisms on earth is negligibly small compared with the mass of the Earth, (which is approximately 6 x10 ^24 kg.)There would be no measurable effect.

There would be a tiny, almost immeasurable, effect as they jumped in the air but the Earth would return to its former state as the organisms landed on the surface.

Ok Markja I like that... if people are still interested how could it be done by simple jumping or dropping of organisms and objects hmm?
