Girl sitting in garden on a sun lounger. Theres a guy watching her from a rooftop. He goes to jump off to talk to her and just as he is about to jump he sees her boyfriend and manages to stop just in time. Think it might have been for a bar of chocolate.

It was for galaxy chocolate light and dark - the bars with squares that are divided into two halves and each half has a different flavour
there were several different ads in the same series - all featuring the woman and the guy on the oppostie roof on one he turned out to be gay and on another he jumped across to her
