Me and my partner Dont know where to go in August!

Has any one got any ideas? We want to go somewhere quiet and hot, where there is a beach, but not too expensive. I dont want to go anywhere where i have to cover up-such as muslim middle eastern countries (no offence!)

How far are you happy to travel?

I would highly recommend Thailand, but not the usual Koh Samui, Phuket, etc... have a look at Koh Tao, it's amazing, quiet, relativly unspoilt, cheap, mellow and you can wear what you like! I'd go back there in a flash.

I have just booked to go to Croatia. Cannot personally recommend it yet but many people have recommended it to me and the weather is supposed to be very good. We are doing a bit of travelling and taking in the sites but I am told Hvar is a great place to visit and the hottest. Is supposed to be a pretty inexpensive holiday too. We have only booked flights so far but they were certainly a good price.

Highly recommend the Canary Islands, but do not go to Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria.... Tenerfie was good and so was Lanzarote, really warm and things are cheap when you get there... ENJOY wherever you land..
